Sorghum Genetic Markers Mapped to Rice Pseudomolecules

The sorghum high-density genetic recombination map was downloaded from University of Georgia. The corresponding marker sequences were retrieved from GenBank and used to search Rice Pseudomolecules. Applying a high stringency cutoff of greater than 70% sequence identity and 70% length match or a continuous match of >=150 bp, sorghum markers were mapped onto the TIGR Rice Pseudomolecules, Release 5 and the top 5 alignments are displayed. Those sorghum markers aligned to a unique position on rice genome are denoted by a star (*).
